Say (O Muhammad SAW): " My Lord! If You would show me that with which they are threatened (torment), 93 My Lord! then set me not among the wrongdoing folk. 94 We certainly have the power to show you what they have been warned about. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I take refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Satans, 97 and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.' 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 "In order that I may work righteousness in the things I neglected." - "By no means! It is but a word he says."- Before them is a Partition till the Day they are raised up. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 [It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?" 105 They shall say, 'Our Lord, our adversity prevailed over us; we were an erring people. 106 "Our Lord! Bring us out of this; if ever we return (to evil), then indeed we shall be Zalimun: (polytheists, oppressors, unjust, and wrong-doers, etc.)." 107 He shall say: Go away into it and speak not to Me; 108 "A part of My servants there was, who used to pray 'our Lord! we believe; then do Thou forgive us, and have mercy upon us: For Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 109 But you took them for laughingstock, mocking at them, until they caused you to forget My remembrance. 110 “Indeed this day I have rewarded them for their endurance, so that it is they who are the successful.” 111 [And] He will ask [the doomed]: "What number of years have you spent on earth?" 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He will say: ye tarried a little indeed; would that ye had known that. 114 Deem ye that We have created you in vain and that unto Us ye are not to be returned? 115 So Exalted be Allah, the True King, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne! 116 Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
