The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They replied: 'Are we to believe you whom the lowliest follow' 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said, “O Nooh, if you do not desist you will surely be stoned.” 116 He said: My Lord! Surely my people give me the lie! 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
