The men of the Thicket cried lies to the Envoys 176 When Shu'aib said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 177 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 178 “Therefore fear Allah and obey me.” 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ “Measure in full, and do not be of those who reduce.” 181 Weigh your goods with proper balance 182 And defraud not people of their things, and commit not corruption on the earth. 183 "And fear Him Who created you and (who created) the generations before (you)" 184 They said: Thou art but one of the bewitched; 185 “You are just a human like us, and indeed we consider you a liar.” 186 So cause a fragment of the sky to fall on us, if you are truthful." 187 He said, “My Lord is Well Aware of what you do.” 188 But they gave him the lie. And thereupon suffering overtook them on a day dark with shadows: and verily, it was the suffering of an awesome day! 189 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 190 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 191
