Al-Qeyaamah 2 of 2
[Useless, though, will be his repentance: for [as long as he was alive] he did not accept the truth, nor did he pray [for enlightenment,] 31 but, on the contrary, he gave the lie to the truth and turned away [from it,] 32 then he went back to his kinsfolk, elated with pride. 33 Nearer to thee and nearer 34 Again, woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you! 35 Does man think that he will be left Suda [neglected without being punished or rewarded for the obligatory duties enjoined by his Lord (Allah) on him]? 36 Was he not just a drop of the semen that is discharged? 37 Then he became a clot; then (Allah) shaped and fashioned 38 And made of him two mates, the male and the female. 39 What, is He not able to quicken the dead? 40
