Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
The life of this world is nothing but a diversion and play. Indeed, the Everlasting Residence is the Eternal Life, if they but knew. 64 When they board a vessel, they call on God, sincere in their faith for Him alone; but when He brings them safe to land, they begin to ascribe partners to Him. 65 That they may disbelieve in that which We have given them, and that they may take their ease. But they will come to know. 66 Do they not see that We have made a sacred territory secure, while men are carried off by force from around them? Will they still believe in the falsehood and disbelieve in the favour of Allah? 67 And who does greater evil that he who forges a lie against Allah or belied the truth when it comes to him! Is there not a lodging in Gehenna for the unbelievers? 68 As for those who strive in Our cause, We shall surely guide them to Our Ways. Indeed Allah is with those who do good. 69
