And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
