▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a book that is protected 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 right before your very eyes? 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
