Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? (You are not bound to tell them) 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
