Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and what you do not see 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 And indeed, it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
