Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 On the day when the great calamity comes, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
