Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the Sky is cleft asunder; 1 when the stars are scattered, 2 and when the seas burst beyond their bounds, 3 And when the graves are overturned. 4 then everyone will know what he has sent ahead, and what he has left behind. 5 O man! What has deceived you about your generous Lord 6 The One Who created you, then moulded you, then made you proper? 7 and set you in whatever form He pleased? 8 Despite this, you deny the Day of Judgment, 9 Surely, there are guardians watching over you, 10 noble scribes 11 who know all that you do: 12 the virtuous will dwell in bliss, 13 and the evil-doers will be in hell 14 They will enter it on the Day of Justice. 15 And they (Al-Fujjar) will not be absent therefrom (i.e. will not go out from the Hell). 16 And what do you know of what sort is the Day of Justice! 17 Again would that you only knew how terrible it really is! 18 It is the Day when no one shall have the power to do anything for another, and all command shall be Allah's. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: Shattering (Al-Infitaar). Sent down in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
