And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say, “Will we, when we die and turn into dust and bones, be raised again?” 82 Assuredly this we have been promised - we and our fathers - aforetime: naught is this but the fables of the ancients. 83 Say: "Whose is the earth and whosoever is therein? If you know!" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
