Do you not see that We have sent devils upon the unbelievers who greatly incite them (to oppose the Truth)? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
