The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 his shall be the deep pit for a dwelling. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 A burning fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
