And assuredly We vouchsafed unto Musa nine manifest signs - ask thou the Children of Israel - so when he came unto them, Fir'awn said unto him, verily I imagine thee, O Musa! enchanted. 101 Answered [Moses]: "Thou knowest well that none but the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth has bestowed these [miraculous signs] from on high, as a means of insight [for thee]; and verily, O Pharaoh, [since thou hast chosen to reject them;] I think that thou art utterly lost!" 102 Then he besought to unsettle them from the land; wherefore We drowned him and those with him, all together. 103 And We said to the Children of Israel after him, 'Dwell in the land; and when the promise of the world to come comes to pass, We shall bring you a rabble.' 104 And with truth have We revealed it, and with truth did it come; and We have not sent you but as the giver of good news and as a warner. 105 We have revealed the Quran bit by bit so that you may recite it to the people slowly and with deliberation. We have imparted it by gradual revelation. 106 Say to them, "You may believe in it or not. Those to whom knowledge had been revealed, fall on their faces in prostration when it is recited, 107 "And they say: 'Glory to our Lord! Truly has the promise of our Lord been fulfilled!'" 108 And weeping they kneel down, and this increases their humility. ۩ 109 Say: 'Call upon Allah, or call upon the Merciful; whichever (Name) you call upon, to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names' Pray neither loudly nor to quietly, rather, seek a middle course between them. 110 And say: Praise be to Allah, Who hath not taken unto Himself a son, and Who hath no partner in the Sovereignty, nor hath He any protecting friend through dependence. And magnify Him with all magnificence. 111
