They will question thee concerning the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes; 105 and leave the earths level and bare, 106 in which you shall find no crookedness or curvature. 107 On that day they shall follow the inviter, there is no crookedness in him, and the voices shall be low before the Beneficent Allah so that you shall not hear aught but a soft sound. 108 On that Day intercession will not benefit them except him that has received the permission of the Merciful and whose words are pleased by Him. 109 He knows what is before them and what is behind them, while they do not comprehend it in knowledge. 110 ۞ Faces will be humble before the Everlasting and the Self-existing God. Despair will strike those who are loaded with the burden of injustice. 111 But he who does of righteous deeds while he is a believer - he will neither fear injustice nor deprivation. 112 And thus We have sent it down, an Arabic Recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition. 113 Exalted then be God, the real King; and do not try to anticipate the Qur'an before the completion of its revelation, but pray: "O Lord, give me greater knowledge." 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
