It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 It is He who gives life, and makes to die, and to Him belongs the alternation of night and day; what, will you not understand? 80 But they say the same as the ancients said, 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “To Whom does the earth and all that is in it belong to, if you know?” 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take unto Himself any son, nor is there any god other than He. (Had there been any other gods) each god would have taken his creatures away with him, and each would have rushed to overpower the other. Glory be to Allah from all that they characterize Him with! 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
