Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 an act of thy Sustainer's favour: and that, that will be the triumph supreme! 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
