The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By those [angels] who extract with violence 1 And those who undo the bonds gently, 2 and by [the clouds] that swim serenely and 3 And by those that press forward as in a race (i.e. the angels or stars or the horses, etc.). 4 And those who govern the event, 5 On the day when the first trumpet sound blasts 6 There will follow it the subsequent [one]. 7 Hearts that Day will be in agitation; 8 and their eyes shall be downcast with dread. 9 They say: "Shall we go back to our original state 10 What! when we are rotten bones? 11 They say: Then that would be a vain proceeding. 12 But all it will take is a single blast, 13 When, behold, they will be in the (full) awakening (to Judgment). 14 Has the story of Moses reached thee? 15 When his Lord called to him in Tuwa's holy vale? 16 That “Go to Firaun he has rebelled.” 17 and say: "Will you purify yourself, 18 that I may direct you to your Lord and then you hold Him in awe?'” 19 And he showed him the tremendous token. 20 But (the Pharaoh) disavowed and disobeyed. 21 Further, he turned his back, striving hard (against Allah). 22 And he summoned all his people, 23 Saying, "I am your Lord, Most High". 24 Thereupon Allah seized him for the chastisement of the World to Come as well as of the present. 25 Truly there is a lesson in this for those who fear (the consequences). 26

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
