The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall enable thee to recite, and then thou shalt not forget, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 in mind will keep it he who stands in awe [of God,] 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
