▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
