The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 and Man says., 'What ails her?' 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
