Al-Mu' minoon 5 of 6
It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give. 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives life and causes death and it is He who alternates night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take unto Himself any son, nor is there any god other than He. (Had there been any other gods) each god would have taken his creatures away with him, and each would have rushed to overpower the other. Glory be to Allah from all that they characterize Him with! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
