The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Woe to Al-Mutaffifin [those who give less in measure and weight (decrease the rights of others)], 1 Those who when they take the measure from mankind demand it full, 2 And when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due. 3 Do they not realize that they will be resurrected 4 For a mighty day, 5 a day when mankind shall stand before the Lord of all Being? 6 Indeed! The record of the wicked is in the Sijjin -- 7 And what can make you know what is sijjeen? 8 A record of misdeeds written. 9 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 10 Those who deny the Day of Justice. 11 and none cries lies to it but every guilty aggressor. 12 When Our revelations are recited before him, he says: "These are fables of long ago." 13 No indeed! Their own deeds have cast a veil over their hearts. 14 Therefore they will be screened off from their Lord that day, 15 Then most surely they shall enter the burning fire. 16 Then, it will be said to them: "This is what you used to deny!" 17 But, the record of the righteous is [preserved] in the 'Illiyyin -- 18 And what will make thee know whatsoever the record in Illiyun is? 19 It is a Book inscribed, 20 The ones nearest to God will bring it to public. 21 Most surely the righteous shall be in bliss, 22 On thrones, watching. 23 You will recognise in their faces the brightness of delight. 24 They will be given pure wine out of sealed containers 25 The seal thereof will be Musk: And for this let those aspire, who have aspirations: 26 With the wine is a drink from Tasnim, 27 a spring, the nearest ones to God will drink from it. 28 Indeed the guilty used to laugh at the believers. 29 and winked at one another as they passed them by. 30 And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting. 31 And whenever they saw them, they would say, "Behold! These are the people truly astray!" 32 Yet they were not sent as watchers over them. 33 But this Day (the Day of Resurrection) those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers 34 On high thrones, watching. 35 Will not the Unbelievers have been paid back for what they did? 36
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
