Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 How will you know what the Night of Determination is? 2 Better is the Night of Determination than a thousand months. 3 The angels and the spirit descend therein by the command of their Lord with His decrees for every affair. 4 Peace it is, till the break of dawn. 5
