The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
