Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
