What is the matter with unbelievers that they stare at you with fixed gazes and hasten towards you 36 [To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 Never! For, behold, We have created them out of something that they know [only too well]! 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly able 40 To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone. 41 Therefore leave them, involved in their indecencies and play, till they confront their day which they are promised. 42 The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening. 43 Downcast shall be their looks; abjectness shall overspread them. Such is the Day which they are promised. 44
