We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 We send fertilizing winds, and then cause rain to descend from the sky, providing you abundant water to drink even though you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 Truly, it is We who bring to life and We who cause death and We are the inheritor of all things. 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
