Say: Call upon those whom you assert besides Allah; they do not control the weight of an atom in the heavens or in the earth nor have they any partnership in either, nor has He among them any one to back (Him) up. 22 Intercession will not avail with Him save for him to whom He gives leave; till, when terror is lifted from their hearts, they will say, "What said your Lord?' They will say, 'The truth; and He is the All-high; the All-great.' 23 ۞ Say, "Who provides for you from the heavens and the earth?" Say, "Allah. And indeed, we or you are either upon guidance or in clear error." 24 Say, "You will not be questioned about our sins nor shall we about your deeds". 25 Say, "Our Lord will gather us all together and issue the true Judgment about our differences. He is the Best Judge and All-knowing." 26 Say thou: show me those whom ye have joined with Him as associates. By no means! Aye! He is Allah, the Mighty, the Wise. 27 And We have not sent you but to all the men as a bearer of good news and as a warner, but most men do not know. 28 And they say: when is this promise to be fulfilled if ye say sooth? 29 Say: You have the appointment of a day from which you cannot hold back any while, nor can you bring it on. 30
