The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
