3/4 Hizb 37

۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
