Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
