O Believers, seek help with fortitude and Salat, for Allah is with those who show fortitude. 153 Do not say that those who are killed in the way of God, are dead, for indeed they are alive, even though you are not aware. 154 And We will surely prove you with aught of fear and hunger and diminution in riches and lives and fruits; and bear thou the glad tidings unto the patient; 155 Who say, when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah We belong, and to Him is our return":- 156 They are those on whom (Descend) blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and they are the ones that receive guidance. 157 ۞ Lo! (the mountains) As-Safa and Al-Marwah are among the indications of Allah. It is therefore no sin for him who is on pilgrimage to the House (of Allah) or visiteth it, to go around them (as the pagan custom is). And he who doeth good of his own accord, (for him) lo! Allah is Responsive, Aware. 158 Indeed, those who conceal what We sent down of clear proofs and guidance after We made it clear for the people in the Scripture - those are cursed by Allah and cursed by those who curse, 159 Save those that repent and amend, and make manifest the truth; these it is toward whom I relent. And I am the Relenting, the Merciful! 160 Verily those who disbelieve, and die while they are infidels, these it is on whom shall be the curse of Allah and the angels and mankind all. 161 They shall be abiders therein, the torment shall not be lightened on them, nor shall they be respited. 162 AND YOUR GOD is the One God: there is no deity save Him, the Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace. 163
