And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 Nay, they say the like of what the ancients said: 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 Allah hath not betaken to Himself any son, and there is not along Him any god; else each god would have gone off with that which he had created, and one of them would have exalted himself above the others. Hallowed be Allah above that which they ascribe! 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
