The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from (Allah) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
