۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
