ART THOU NOT aware of how far they who call God's messages in question have lost sight of the truth? 69 Those who reject the Book and the (revelations) with which We sent our messengers: but soon shall they know,- 70 when, with iron collars and chains around their necks, they are dragged 71 In boiling water; then in the Fire they will be filled [with flame]. 72 Then shall it be said to them: Where is that which you used to set up 73 associated with Allah in His Divinity?” They will say: “We have lost them; rather, we never used to call upon anyone before.” Thus will Allah cause them to stumble in error. 74 'That is because you rejoiced in the earth without right, and were exultant. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide therein, and (indeed) what an evil abode of the arrogant! 76 Therefore have patience, the Promise of Allah is true. Whether We show you something of that We promise them or call you to Us, to Us they shall all return. 77 Assuredly We have sent apostles before thee, of them are these whose story We have recounted unto thee and these whose story We have not recounted unto thee. And it was not possible for any apostle that he should bring a sign save by Allah's leave. So when the commade of Allah cometh, judgment will be given with truth, and then will lose the followers of falsehood. 78
