▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
