Hizb 38

The people of Noah [too] gave the lie to [one of God's] message-bearers 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 Thereafter We rescued him and those who were with him in the laden Ark 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
