[To whom Allah will say], "O My servants, no fear will there be concerning you this Day, nor will you grieve, 68 to those who believed in Our verses and were Muslims, 69 Enter the Garden, ye and your spouses, joyfully. 70 Circulated among them will be plates and vessels of gold. And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally. 71 This is the Paradise that you have been given for an inheritance for the things that you were doing. 72 Therein for you will be fruits in plenty, of which you will eat (as you desire). 73 But the evil-doers shall abide in the torment of Hell. 74 It will not be allowed to subside for them, and they, therein, are in despair. 75 We have not wronged them; it was they who were the wrongdoers. 76 They will cry: "O Malik! would that thy Lord put an end to us!" He will say, "Nay, but ye shall abide!" 77 INDEED, [O you sinners,] We have conveyed the truth unto you; but most of you abhor the truth. 78 What! have they settled some plan (among themselves)? But it is We Who settle things. 79 Do they fancy that We do not listen to their whispers and their counselling? Why not, We surely do! And Our angels are with them, writing down. 80 Say, "If the All Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship him." 81 Exalted be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, above what they attribute to Him. 82 So leave them plunging into false discourses and sporting until they meet their day which they are threatened with. 83 It is God who is the Lord of the heavens and is the Lord on earth. He is All-wise and All-knowing. 84 And blessed is He Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and with Him is the knowledge of the hour, and to Him shall you be brought back. 85 And those [beings] whom some invoke beside God have it not in their power to intercede [on Judgment Day] for any but such as have [in their lifetime] borne witness to the truth, and have been aware [that God is one and unique]. 86 If thou ask them, who created them, they will certainly say, Allah: How then are they deluded away (from the Truth)? 87 And [Allah acknowledges] his saying, "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe." 88 Yet bear thou with them, and say: "Peace [be upon you]!" - for in time they will come to know [the truth]. 89
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: Vanity (Al-Zukhruf). Sent down in Mecca after Consultation (Al-Shooraa) before Smoke (Al-Dukhaan)
