And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
