The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven bursts asunder, 1 And obeys its Lord and it must. 2 when the earth is stretched out 3 And shall cast forth that which is therein, and shall become empty. 4 obeying its Lord, as it must do! 5 O man, you have to strive and go on striving towards your Lord, then will you meet Him. 6 he who is given his record in his right hand 7 Soon an easy account will be taken from him. 8 And he will return to his family rejoicing. 9 But he who is given his Record behind his back,- 10 Will pray for death, 11 They will suffer the heat of hell fire. 12 He verily lived joyous with his folk, 13 Never thinking he will return. 14 Surely yes, why not? Indeed his Lord is seeing him. 15 I do not need to swear by the sunset, 16 and the night and what it envelops 17 And by the moon when she is at the full, 18 Surely ye shall ride layer upon layer. 19 So, what is the matter with them that they do not believe, 20 and when the Koran is recited to them they do not bow? ۩ 21 In fact, they reject the Quran, 22 But Allah has full knowledge of what they secrete (in their breasts) 23 Therefore, give them the news of a painful punishment. 24 Save those who believe and do righteous good deeds, for them is a reward that will never come to an end (i.e. Paradise). 25
Almighty Allah's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
