(Muhammad), We have revealed the Quran to you in gradual steps. 23 So persevere with the command of your Lord and do not pay any heed to the wicked and the unbelieving, 24 Mention the Name of your Lord, mornings and evenings. 25 and during the night prostrate ourself before Him, and extol His glory for a long part of the night. 26 Verily those love the herein, and leave in front of them a heavy day. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 Verily this is an Exhortation; so let him who so will take a way to his Lord. 29 But you will not desire except as God wills. Verily He is all-knowing and all-wise. 30 He will admit to His Mercy whom He will and as for the Zalimun, (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) He has prepared a painful torment. 31
