The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
