The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace 1

All praise is due to God, the Lord of the Universe; 2 The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 3 The Master of the Day of Recompense. 4 You (Alone) we worship, and you (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). 5 Guide us in the straight path, 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
