We have indeed set constellations in the heavens and have beautified them for the beholders, 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 Indeed your Lord only will raise them all on the Day of Resurrection; indeed only He is Wise, All Knowing. 25
