Tell also of Moses in the Book. He was indeed a chosen one, and was a messenger and a prophet. 51 We called to him from the right side Of the Mount, and We brought him near in communion. 52 and We gave him as his helper, out of Our mercy, his brother Aaron, having made him a prophet. 53 And mention in the Book Ishmael; he was true to his promise, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 He used to command his people to offer prayer and give charity, and was liked by his Lord. 55 And remember Idrees in the Book; he was indeed very truthful, a Prophet. 56 And We raised him to high station. 57 These are they whom God has blessed among the Prophets of the seed of Adam, and of those We bore with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and of those We guided and chose. When the signs of the All-merciful were recited to them, they fell down prostrate, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But there came after them successors who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil - 59 Except those who repent and come to believe and do the right. These will enter Paradise and will not be wronged the least 60 [Therein are] gardens of perpetual residence which the Most Merciful has promised His servants in the unseen. Indeed, His promise has ever been coming. 61 No empty talk will they hear there - nothing but [tidings of] inner soundness and peace; and there will they have their sustenance by day and by night: 62 It is the Paradise that We will bequeath to those among Our bondmen who remain pious. 63 And we descend not except by the command of thy Lord: His is whatsoever is before us and whatsoever is behind us and whatsoever is in-between; and thy Lord is not a forgetter 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and that which is betwixt the twain; so Him worship thou, and endure patiently in His worship; knowest thou any as His compeer? 65
