It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 Say, [O Muhammad], "To whom belongs the earth and whoever is in it, if you should know?" 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 'Allah' they will reply. Say: 'How then can you be so bewitched' 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
