3/4 Hizb 45

Noah called to Us, and We are the Best to answer. 75 And We delivered him and his people from the Great Calamity, 76 and We made his offspring the survivors. 77 And left (his name) for posterity. 78 Peace be on Nuh among the worlds. 79 Thus do We surely reward the doers of good. 80 he was truly one of Our faithful servants. 81 We drowned all the others (besides Noah and his people). 82 ۞ And lo! of his persuasion verily was Abraham 83 When he came to his Lord with a pure heart, 84 When he said to his father and to his people: "What is it that which you worship? 85 It is falsehood that you desire gods other than Allah! 86 What think you then of the Lord of all Being?' 87 He looked up at the stars. 88 And he said, "I am indeed sick (at heart)!" 89 But they went away from him, turning their backs. 90 Then he turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat? 91 "What is the matter with you that ye speak not (intelligently)?" 92 Then he slipped unto them striking them with the right hand. 93 [But] then the others came towards him hurriedly [and accused him of his deed]. 94 He said, 'Do you serve what you hew, 95 While Allah created you and that which you do?" 96 They said: "Build for him a building (it is said that the building was like a furnace) and throw him into the blazing fire!" 97 And they intended for him a plan, but We made them the most debased. 98 He said, "I will go to my Lord: He is sure to guide me. 99 "My Lord! Grant me (offspring) from the righteous." 100 So We gave him the good news of a boy ready to suffer and forbear. 101 Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!" 102 But as soon as the two had surrendered themselves to [what they thought to be] the will of God, and [Abraham] had laid him down on his face, 103 We called unto him, 'Abraham, 104 “You have indeed made the dream come true”; and this is how We reward the virtuous. 105 Lo! that verily was a clear test. 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice (i.e. a ram); 107 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 108 "Peace be upon Abraham!" 109 Thus do We reward the good. 110 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 111 And [in time] We gave him the glad tiding of Isaac, [who, too, would be] a prophet, one of the righteous; 112 And We blessed him, and Isaac; and of their seed some are good-doers, and some manifest self-wrongers. 113

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
